Designed for students wanting to improve their English skills in all areas and increase their confidence using English in everyday situations.

Upon completion of the course students should be able to communicate with a greater understanding of the English language structure, including: grammar points, English sounds and intonation patterns, reading skills, writing fluency and conversation skills.

Foundation English

Level 1-6

ABC International Foundation English Course (Level 1 to 6) provides students with the necessary English language skills needed for essential communication. The course covers the most important topics in English Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation and Comprehension to build a strong foundation.

Basic English

Level 7 -15

The Basic English Course (Level 7 to 15) develops from the Foundation English  Course and provides students with the language skills needed to prepare them for college and career readiness.  There is a focus on formal and informal comprehension texts, academic language, oral language practice and methodologies to gain confidence in communication.

Intermediate English

Level 16 – 23

The Intermediate Course broadens the already competent speaker to attain higher standards of writing and gain a deeper appreciation of the written and spoken word.

Students practice critical thinking, comprehension, and application skills through thematic units centered on topics. This course expands upon proficiencies in the basics of reading and writing with a focus on comprehension and mastery of syntax, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, spelling, and usage in written communication.
